What the work included

For over a year, we helped Supersonic’s hit games perform better.

01New meta systems
02Quests & passes
03Rewarded-video placements
04Live-ops events
05Offer ladders & IAP
06A/B test setup

Rolling offers · Rewarded video · New game modes

Monetisation that behaves like gameplay.

We moved value moments into the runner itself and added new things to master after each level: offer ladders, collectible store products, a timing mini-game, Robot Demolition, and Jetpack runs.

Demolition meta

Two strong mechanics. One deeper game.

We combined Tall Man Run’s size-building loop with a proven Demolish mechanic, turning every finish into progress against a new boss.

  • Size earned in the run becomes damage
  • Every level advances the demolition meta
  • New bosses keep the long-term loop moving

City Map · Blueprints · Passive income · IAP

A world-map meta built around the marts.

We connected individual marts through a City Map: players collected blueprints in the core game, built new areas, earned passive income, discovered offers, and returned to advance their marts.

Meta / Map

Build a city around the marts.

Drive between marts, collect income and use blueprints from the core game to open new areas.

  • The existing map becomes the meta
  • Buildable areas around each mart
  • Blueprints unlock the city

Quests · Weekly pass · Time Machine · Dynamic IAP

A cleaner structure for a much bigger game.

We reorganised a growing life simulation into clear recurring systems: Story Quests, Daily Quests, a weekly pass, recovery through the Time Machine, and contextual post-purchase offers.

Post-purchase offers

Offers follow the first purchase.

The first purchase decides what appears next. Each bundle has its own trigger, timer and cooldown.

  • Four audience-specific bundles
  • Login and generation triggers
  • 24 hours live, 12 hours off

Special levels · New meta · A/B experiments

More ways to play between the puzzles.

We designed new special-level entry points, an Attack Hole progression loop, reward upgrades and a Merge Arena meta. Each system came with a clear test plan.
