Interactive stands for events

Stands people queue for.

VR challenges, shout booths, AI photo booths and touch screen games for brand stands, esports fan zones and trade fairs. We build them, bring them to the venue and run them. Under your name, if you are an agency.

Formats

Pick a format, or mix a few into one stand.

Every format here has run at a real event. People per hour are our planning figures, not measured averages. We size the setup to the traffic you expect.

MOUZ stand, Astana

VR challenge with a live leaderboard

Timed VR levels, names on a big screen, prizes for the top scores.

What the visitor does
Puts on a headset, plays a short timed level, then watches their name climb the leaderboard on the stand screen.
People per hour
About 15 to 20 players an hour per headset, with 2 to 3 minute runs.
Data you get
Nickname and score. Email or phone only if the visitor opts in for a prize.
Space and hardware
About 3 x 3 m per headset. Meta Quest headset, a PC or laptop, one screen for the leaderboard.

How it works

Four steps from brief to event day.

  1. 01

    Brief

Send the concept, venue, dates and audience. We reply with a technical plan, hardware list, risks and a fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Build

Software, content, leaderboards and data capture, tested on the same hardware that goes to the venue.

  3. 03

    Set up and run

We install, calibrate and brief the staff, then stay on site or on call for the event days.

  4. 04

    Report

Play counts, results and footage for the client report. Reuse the build at the next event with a new skin.

For agencies

You keep the client and the idea. We build and run the tech.

You won a brief that needs a VR game, an LED loop or an AR quest, and there is no team in house to build it. We build it under your name, from the first feasibility call to the last day of the event.

Your client, your creative

Our name stays off the stand and the client deck unless you want it there.

Source code and IP on agreement

Full handover, a licence for one event or reuse rights, agreed in writing before the build.

On site setup across Europe

We travel with the build and set it up ourselves. So far we have delivered in Europe and Asia.

NDA before the brief

Send yours or use ours. We never publish a project without your written permission.

Typical timelines

2 to 4 weeks
An existing format reskinned for a new brand
4 to 8 weeks
A new custom game or VR experience
8 to 12 weeks
A multi-part stand or a whole fan zone

From signed brief to event day. Fixed quote after the brief.

AV, LED and hardware rental partners: you have the screens, headsets and booths, we make what runs on them. We send each other clients and agree simple referral terms per partner.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

How much does a stand cost?

We send a fixed quote after a short brief, and the number does not move during the build. The price depends on the formats, the hardware and travel, and two stands are rarely alike, so there is no price list.

How long does it take?

From signed brief to event day: 2 to 4 weeks to reskin an existing format, 4 to 8 weeks for a new custom game, 8 to 12 weeks for a multi-part stand or a fan zone.

Do you supply the hardware?

We specify it, test with it and can bring headsets and PCs. Screens, LED and booths usually come from your rental partner or one of ours in the event's country.

Can we sell it to our client as our own work?

Yes. We work under your brand, stay off the client deck and sign an NDA before the brief.

Who owns the code afterwards?

We agree it per project: full handover, a licence for one event, or reuse rights for future events. It is written into the contract before the build starts.

What visitor data can we collect?

Only what the visitor agrees to on screen, for example an email for a prize. We agree storage, retention and handover with you before the event, and play statistics are anonymous.

Can we reuse the stand at the next event?

Yes. Most formats are built to be reskinned for a new brand, language or event in a few weeks.

What do you need from us to start?

Dates, city, rough stand size, the audience and what the client wants people to do or remember. A sketch or a deck helps but is not required.

Have an event coming up?

Send the dates, the city and what the client wants people to do. We reply with the formats that fit and the questions we need answered.
